** You must enroll as a jazz or hip hop class for the River Sharks performance opportunity!
** Schedule subject to change according to enrollment, 6 dancers are necessary to run a class for the session.
** Competition Dancers ages 10 and up must take jazz, tap & lyrical class during the summer session.
Younger competition dancers are required to take one summer class.
HAPPY FEET POSITIONS
Show director – responsible for booking the event, running the entire show and making sure
all deadlines are met.
Music director – coordinates all the music, edits music & burns the CD or Minidisc for the show.
Provides music on CD for all performers.
Stage manager – coordinates all entrance, exits, stage crew & prop placement this includes stage markings.
Light designer – coordinates all the lighting for the show including the VGA projection if needed.
Set designer – designs the set for act I and act II & oversees production of sets.
Promotion – designs show program, t-shirt, and logo.
Advertising – designs all the ads for the newspapers & promotes community awareness.
Costume designer – designs all the costumes for the dancers.
Dance captain – responsible for the choreography.
Photographer – takes all photos for the newspaper & lobby.
Videographer – records the show, edits and provides copies.
